柴魚沾醬 Bonito Dipping Sauce
材料 Ingredients

做法:將所有材料放進小鍋煮滾後再用小火煮5分鐘。濾掉渣滓﹐待涼了以後使用。
Method: Place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Bring the mixture to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture and let the sauce cool down.

白蘿蔔和將都去皮。把白蘿蔔磨成泥後放進濾網濾去水份,但不要擠得太乾。薑也磨成泥。 | |
Peel the dikon and giner. Using a microplane fine grater to grate the dikon into puree. Place the diakon puree in a strainer and lightly squeeze the water off. Do not squeeze the diakon puree too dry. Also grate the giner. |
蔥花 Minced Scallions
材料 Ingredients
青蔥 Scallion | 2 | 支 stalk |
做法: 青蔥洗乾淨後切成小粒即可。
Method: Wash and mince the scallions.
